Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Year 5 curriculum effectively across all subjects
• Maintain high expectations of learning and behaviour
• Use formative and summative assessment to guide planning
• Support pupils in preparation for transition to Year 6
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues

Requirements:

• QTS and experience in Key Stage 2
• A positive, resilient and flexible approach to teaching
• Good curriculum knowledge and understanding of assessment
• Passion for inspiring children to achieve their best
