An inclusive and forward-thinking primary school in Droitwich is looking for an experienced Year 5/6 Teacher to support their upper KS2 team on a long-term basis from September 2025.

This is a key role for the school, with a focus on preparing pupils for secondary transition while nurturing confidence and curiosity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the UKS2 curriculum with a focus on academic readiness
• Plan lessons that challenge and inspire
• Manage behaviour effectively while fostering independence
• Use formative assessment to inform planning

Requirements:

• QTS and experience in upper KS2
• Strong knowledge of SATs preparation and age-related expectations
• A growth mindset and commitment to high-quality teaching
• Collaborative attitude
