A high-performing and values-led primary school in Malvern is looking to appoint a committed Year 4 Teacher to join them from September 2025 for a maternity cover role.

This school places a strong emphasis on high-quality teaching, well-being, and enrichment opportunities. The successful applicant will join a supportive KS2 team and be well supported throughout.

Responsibilities:

• Teach the Year 4 curriculum in a structured and engaging way
• Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
• Participate in collaborative planning and staff development
• Create a purposeful and well-organised classroom environment
• Promote inclusion and high standards of behaviour

Requirements:

• QTS with recent experience in Key Stage 2
• A solid understanding of assessment for learning
• An ability to differentiate and support mixed abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
