Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated Year 4 Teacher for a well-established primary school in Kidderminster. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Primary Teacher seeking a long-term teaching role within a supportive and well-led school environment.

The school has a strong focus on pupil progress, behaviour, and creating engaging learning experiences across Key Stage 2.

Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging Year 4 lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Differentiate effectively to support pupils of varying abilities
Maintain strong classroom routines and behaviour expectations
Monitor and assess pupil progress to raise attainment
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and carers

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Recent UK primary classroom experience
Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
Professional and organised teaching approach
