A welcoming and well-established primary school in Droitwich Spa is looking for a nurturing and creative Year 1 Teacher to join their Key Stage 1 team in September 2025. This is a permanent position ideal for either an ECT or an experienced teacher with a passion for early learning.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned to the KS1 curriculum
• Foster strong relationships with pupils and families
• Support the transition from Reception to Year 1
• Assess pupil progress and tailor teaching accordingly
• Work collaboratively within a supportive year group team

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Understanding of early phonics and foundational skills
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 1 preferred
• Strong classroom management and planning ability
