Paragon Education is seeking an ambitious and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Birmingham team.

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be trained in all aspects of 360 recruitment, including:

• Business development and sales
• Building relationships with schools and education professionals
• Developing and growing the Birmingham market
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates
• Managing client accounts
• Negotiating placements and fees
• Generating revenue and expanding market share
• Delivering exceptional support and service to clients and candidates
• Learning proven recruitment strategies from a highly successful consultant

This is a role where you will be expected to make things happen, create opportunities and contribute directly to the growth of the business.

Essential Requirements

• Full UK driving licence
• Clean driving licence
• Local to Birmingham and surrounding areas
• Ability to travel across the region to meet clients and candidates
