Paragon Education is recruiting dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary and secondary schools throughout Worcestershire. With opportunities available in areas including Worcester, Kidderminster, Redditch, Evesham, and Malvern, this is an excellent chance to secure a long-term role in a supportive school environment.

You will play an important role in supporting pupils’ learning and development, working closely with teachers and support staff to create a positive and engaging classroom experience.

What the role involves:

• Supporting teachers with the delivery of lessons and classroom activities
• Working with small groups or individual pupils to reinforce learning
• Assisting with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

What you’ll need:

• Experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting
• A patient, supportive, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
• Good organisational skills and reliability
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
