Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering structured lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group interventions
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support
• Prepare learning materials and resources
• Monitor pupil progress and report feedback

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children (school-based preferred)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
