Paragon Education is working with a welcoming and supportive school in Bromsgrove to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a positive and inclusive school environment.

You will work closely with class teachers to support pupils across the classroom, helping to raise attainment, build confidence, and create a safe, engaging learning space.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
• Supporting children with additional needs where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
• Providing feedback to teachers on pupil progress
• Promoting safeguarding and pupil wellbeing at all times

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• A patient, adaptable and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people
• Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
