About the Role:

Paragon Education is currently seeking a passionate Teacher of Boys PE to join a school in Malvern as soon as possible. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate students in physical education and contribute to their overall well-being and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and dynamic physical education lessons to boys across various age groups.
• Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes the physical, social, and emotional development of students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated, supported, and encouraged to participate.
• Organize and facilitate extracurricular sports activities, tournaments, and events to enhance students' sporting abilities and teamwork skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching physical education to secondary school students.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the national curriculum requirements for physical education.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• A commitment to promoting health, fitness, and well-being among students and encouraging lifelong participation in physical activity.
