Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils in the classroom, both individually and in small groups
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and resource creation
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independent learning
• Helping to deliver targeted interventions to boost pupil progress
• Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Contributing to the overall life of the school, including activities and events

Requirements:

• Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
• Ability to support learning across the primary curriculum
• Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
