A specialist provision in Bordesley Green is seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to join their primary teaching team from October half term 2025.

This school supports pupils with a range of needs including ASD, MLD, and SEMH. Class sizes are small, and you will work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and the wider SEND team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons for children with EHCPs
• Foster a structured and nurturing classroom environment
• Use individualised approaches to support communication and learning
• Collaborate with families and external professionals
• Track progress using appropriate SEND assessment frameworks

Requirements:

• QTS with experience in SEND or inclusion
• Strong knowledge of autism strategies and SEMH support
• Confidence in managing complex behaviours positively
• A calm, resilient and empathetic approach
