Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN, tailoring assistance to their needs.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and SENCO to implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the well-being of students with SEN.
• Assist with classroom activities, including academic and behavioral support.
• Uphold our commitment to providing a nurturing educational atmosphere for all students.

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications or experience working with students with SEN is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
