Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Kidderminster. What the role involves:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs on a one-to-one and small group basis
• Assisting teachers in delivering personalised learning activities
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence within the classroom
• Supporting students with communication, emotional regulation, and social development
• Following EHCP targets and implementing support strategies effectively
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents where appropriate

What you’ll need:

• Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar environment
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt support techniques to meet individual needs
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
