The Role

• Provide classroom and 1:1 SEND support
• Assist pupils with communication and emotional regulation
• Use sensory and visual learning strategies
• Support engagement and independence within lessons
• Work collaboratively with teaching and SEND staff

• Previous SEND experience preferred
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Patient and adaptable approach to learning support
• Experience in a primary setting desirable
