Responsibilities:
‍Provide 1:1 support for pupils with SEN
Assist in delivering tailored learning activities
Support behaviour and emotional development
Help create an inclusive classroom environment
Work with staff to support pupil progress

Requirements:
Has experience working with SEN
Is adaptable and patient
Has strong behaviour management skills
Works well within a team
Is committed to inclusion
