Responsibilities:
‍Support pupils with SEN in and out of the classroom
Assist with tailored learning activities
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Monitor pupil progress
Work collaboratively with staff and support teams

Requirements:
Has experience working with SEN
Is patient and supportive
Has strong communication skills
Is adaptable and proactive
Is committed to inclusive education
