‍Support pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis
Assist with lesson delivery and interventions
Promote positive behaviour and engagement
Track pupil progress
Work collaboratively with teachers and staff

Requirements:
Has experience working with SEN
Is patient and resilient
Has strong behaviour management skills
Is organised and proactive
Works well within a team
