SEN Teaching Assistant – Kidderminster

Paragon Education is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant for a caring and inclusive primary school in Kidderminster, starting January 2026. The successful candidate will support pupils with additional learning needs on a one-to-one and small-group basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional or complex needs
• Assist with implementing individual education plans (IEPs)
• Promote independence, confidence, and social development
• Work closely with class teachers and the SENCo

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, speech and language)
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
• Calm, compassionate, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
