A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Four Oaks is seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to start in April 2026.

The school provides strong support for pupils with additional needs and offers a collaborative and inclusive working environment.

Responsibilities:
‍Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, and additional learning needs
Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Monitor and report on pupil progress

Requirements:
Has experience working with children with SEN
Is patient, empathetic, and supportive
Has strong communication and teamwork skills
Is adaptable and proactive
Has a passion for supporting children’s development
