Responsibilities:
‍Support pupils with additional needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
Assist in delivering differentiated learning activities
Help manage behaviour and promote positive engagement
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO
Track and support pupil development

Requirements:
Has experience supporting SEN pupils
Is patient and resilient
Has strong behaviour management skills
Works effectively within a team
Is committed to inclusive education
