Paragon Education is recruiting a committed and empathetic SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Worcester. The school is dedicated to providing high-quality education for pupils with additional needs, ensuring every child is supported to reach their full potential.

You will be responsible for delivering personalised learning to a small group of pupils with a range of special educational needs. Working alongside experienced support staff, you’ll play a key role in creating a structured, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Adapting teaching strategies to support a range of SEN requirements
• Working closely with teaching assistants to deliver targeted support
• Implementing and reviewing EHCP targets and individual plans
• Creating a calm and supportive classroom environment
• Monitoring progress and providing detailed feedback on pupil development

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting
• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching approaches
• A patient, nurturing, and resilient attitude
• Effective behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
