Paragon Education is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN Teacher for a welcoming specialist school in Walmley. This is a full-time, long-term supply opportunity starting in September 2026.

The Role

• Deliver high-quality, personalised lessons for pupils with SEND.
• Differentiate learning to meet individual needs and EHCP targets.
• Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, SEMH, communication, and complex learning needs.
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Work alongside support staff and external agencies to maximise pupil outcomes.
• Track and assess progress to inform future planning.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS.
• Previous SEND teaching experience is desirable.
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills.
• Calm, nurturing, and flexible approach.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
