Paragon Education is looking for an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Tyseley from September 2026. This long-term supply position offers the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of pupils with additional needs.

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with SEND.
• Support children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs.
• Work towards EHCP outcomes through personalised teaching strategies.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain a structured and nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor, assess, and report on pupil progress.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with SEND pupils.
• Strong classroom management and de-escalation techniques.
• Passionate about inclusive education.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
