SEN Teacher - Stourport-on-Severn

Start Date: April 2026

Paragon Education is seeking a committed and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist setting in Stourport-on-Severn. This school provides high-quality education for pupils with a range of additional needs and prides itself on creating a structured, supportive environment where every learner is encouraged to achieve their full potential.

This role would suit a teacher who thrives in a smaller, more personalised setting and is passionate about adapting learning to meet individual needs.

The role will involve:

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to EHCP targets
• Teaching pupils with a range of needs, including ASD, SEMH, MLD or communication difficulties
• Creating a calm, structured classroom environment that supports emotional regulation
• Working closely with teaching assistants and external professionals
• Monitoring progress and adapting provision to ensure positive outcomes
• Contributing to review meetings and maintaining accurate records

What we are looking for:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN, either in mainstream or specialist settings
• Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
• A patient, resilient and nurturing approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
