A supportive and inclusive school in Solihull is seeking an SEN Teacher for a fixed-term contract beginning April 2026 through to July 2026.

The school is well-resourced and committed to providing high-quality support for pupils with additional needs, alongside ongoing professional development for staff.

Responsibilities:
‍Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs (EHCP-focused)
Support pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
Create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment
Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
Monitor and track pupil progress closely

Requirements:
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN experience
Has strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions
Is patient, adaptable, and empathetic
Has strong behaviour management skills
Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Is committed to inclusive education
