Paragon Education is recruiting a skilled and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive and well-resourced school in Kidderminster. The school has a strong focus on inclusion and provides a structured environment where pupils with additional needs are supported to achieve their full potential.

You will be working with a small class of pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering personalised learning and helping to build both confidence and independence. The school benefits from experienced support staff and a leadership team that values collaboration and consistency.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet a range of SEN needs
• Adapting teaching approaches to support individual learning styles
• Working closely with teaching assistants to provide targeted support
• Implementing EHCP targets and monitoring pupil progress
• Creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting
• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies
• Patience, resilience, and a nurturing teaching style
• Ability to manage behaviour effectively in a supportive manner
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
