SEN Teacher – Great Yarmouth

Paragon Education is working with a specialist provision in Great Yarmouth to recruit a committed and experienced SEN Teacher from April 2026. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including ASD, SEMH, and moderate learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet EHCP outcomes
• Adapt curriculum content to suit varying cognitive and emotional needs
• Use structured routines and behaviour strategies effectively
• Work collaboratively with support staff, SENCOs, and external agencies
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching pupils with SEN
• Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiation
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
