Paragon Education is recruiting a committed and adaptable SEN Secondary Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Evesham. The school is dedicated to providing tailored education for students with additional needs, ensuring they are supported both academically and personally.

You will be working with secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering personalised learning and helping students build confidence, independence, and key life skills. The school offers strong support from experienced staff and a leadership team that prioritises consistency and wellbeing.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual student needs
• Adapting teaching strategies to support a variety of SEN requirements
• Working closely with teaching assistants to provide targeted support
• Implementing EHCP targets and monitoring student progress
• Creating a structured, calm, and supportive classroom environment
• Supporting students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working with SEN pupils in a secondary setting
• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and inclusive practices
• A patient, resilient, and supportive approach
• Effective behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
