Paragon Education is recruiting a compassionate and dedicated SEN Primary School Teacher to work within supportive and inclusive schools across Worcestershire. These schools are committed to creating positive learning environments where pupils with additional needs are encouraged to grow in confidence, independence, and academic ability.

You will be working with primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering tailored lessons and providing structured support to help every child reach their potential. This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and personalised learning.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to support individual learning needs
• Adapting teaching methods for pupils with a range of SEN requirements
• Supporting pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development
• Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and support staff
• Implementing EHCP targets and monitoring pupil progress
• Creating a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working with SEN pupils within a primary setting
• Strong understanding of inclusive and differentiated teaching strategies
• A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
