Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in Worcester. The school is committed to providing a tailored learning experience for pupils with additional needs, ensuring every child is supported to achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.

You will be working with a small class of primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs, delivering personalised learning and supporting both academic and emotional development. The school offers strong support from experienced teaching assistants and a leadership team that values consistency and care.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering differentiated lessons suited to individual learning needs
• Adapting teaching approaches to support a range of SEN requirements
• Working closely with support staff to provide targeted interventions
• Implementing EHCP targets and tracking pupil progress
• Creating a structured, calm, and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience working with SEN pupils in a primary setting
• Strong understanding of differentiated teaching strategies
• A patient, nurturing, and resilient approach
• Effective behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
