This role requires a confident practitioner who can build positive relationships and establish clear routines to promote progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons adapted to individual behavioural needs
• Implement structured behaviour support plans
• Provide consistent pastoral and academic support
• Work closely with safeguarding and pastoral teams
• Monitor progress and contribute to review meetings

Requirements:

• QTS – essential
• Experience working in SEMH or alternative provision settings
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• Resilient, professional, and empathetic approach
