SEMH Secondary Teacher – North Bristol (South Gloucestershire)

A growing alternative provision in North Bristol (South Gloucestershire) is seeking a confident and experienced SEMH Secondary Teacher to work with KS3 and KS4 pupils at risk of exclusion.

This role requires a teacher who can combine academic structure with strong pastoral support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver core curriculum subjects in a small-class environment
• Develop and implement behaviour and intervention plans
• Support reintegration pathways where appropriate
• Work alongside safeguarding and pastoral teams
• Monitor progress against EHCP and behavioural targets

Requirements:

• QTS – essential
• Experience in SEMH or PRU settings
• Strong leadership and classroom presence
• Professional and consistent approach
