SEMH Intervention Lead (Teacher Level) – Norwich

An alternative provision in Norwich is seeking a confident and experienced SEMH Intervention Lead to support pupils at risk of exclusion. This is a classroom-based teaching role with additional responsibility for coordinating behaviour intervention strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured intervention programmes
• Lead behaviour support strategies across the provision
• Support reintegration plans for pupils
• Work closely with SENCOs and safeguarding teams
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress

Requirements:

• QTS – essential
• Experience in SEMH or alternative provision settings
• Strong leadership and behaviour management skills
• Ability to build positive and consistent relationships
