An inclusive and supportive secondary school in Redditch is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. The successful candidate will provide classroom support across a range of subjects, helping students to stay engaged and achieve their best.

Responsibilities:

• Support pupils in class under the direction of the teacher
• Provide small group and one-to-one interventions
• Promote a positive learning environment and good behaviour
• Support pupils with additional needs where required

Requirements:

• Experience working in a secondary school environment preferred
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptable, reliable, and enthusiastic approach
