Paragon Education is working with a well-regarded secondary school in the Evesham area to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teacher. The school is seeking a teacher who is passionate about education and committed to helping students reach their full potential across KS3 and KS4.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Adapting teaching methods to support students of varying abilities
• Monitoring student progress and implementing appropriate interventions
• Maintaining strong classroom management and positive behaviour standards
• Contributing to department meetings and school activities
• Building strong relationships with students, staff and parents

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
