Paragon Education is working with a well-established secondary school in the Dudley area to recruit a motivated and committed Secondary Teacher. This role is suitable for teachers across a range of subject specialisms who are passionate about delivering engaging lessons and maintaining high expectations for student progress and behaviour.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress to support achievement
• Maintaining strong classroom management and positive behaviour standards
• Contributing to departmental planning and school initiatives
• Building positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• A proactive and professional approach to teaching
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
