A specialist secondary provision in Caister-on-Sea is seeking a qualified SEN Teacher to deliver a broad curriculum to KS3 and KS4 pupils with additional needs.

The setting supports students with ASD, ADHD, and communication difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver differentiated lessons across core subjects
• Adapt resources to suit varied ability levels
• Track and monitor progress towards EHCP targets
• Foster a structured and supportive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with support staff

Requirements:

• QTS
• Experience in SEN or specialist settings
• Strong curriculum knowledge at KS3/KS4
• Positive and structured teaching style
