Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons that inspire, motivate, and challenge students
• Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment with clear expectations
• Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess, track, and monitor student progress effectively
• Engage with department planning, CPD, and wider school initiatives

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting
• Strong curriculum knowledge and confident behaviour management
• A proactive approach to supporting pupil achievement and wellbeing
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
