What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons within your subject area
• Differentiating teaching to support students of all abilities
• Assessing student progress and adapting lessons accordingly
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Working with colleagues to develop curriculum and share resources
• Supporting students’ academic achievement and personal development

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for your subject
• Effective classroom management skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
