You will be joining a supportive department with excellent opportunities to contribute to extracurricular sport and school competitions. This role is ideal for a teacher who can motivate students and encourage participation at all ability levels.

What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Supporting students in developing fitness, teamwork, and sporting skills
• Encouraging participation and confidence in a range of physical activities
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
• Organising and supporting extracurricular sports clubs and fixtures
• Maintaining a safe and positive learning environment during practical lessons

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school setting
• Strong knowledge across a variety of sports and physical activities
• Ability to motivate and engage students of all abilities
• Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
