Paragon Education is recruiting an inspiring and talented Music Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Worcester. What the role involves:

• Planning and delivering engaging Music lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Teaching a range of practical and theoretical musical concepts
• Supporting students in developing performance, composition, and listening skills
• Preparing pupils for GCSE Music assessments where applicable
• Organising and supporting concerts, productions, and extracurricular activities
• Creating an inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and participation

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Music within a UK secondary school
• Strong knowledge of both practical and theoretical aspects of Music
• Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
