What the role involves:

• Teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Delivering lessons that explore both physical and human geography topics
• Preparing students for GCSE examinations and coursework requirements
• Encouraging critical thinking and analytical skills
• Using assessment data to support student progress and achievement
• Supporting departmental initiatives and curriculum development

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Geography in a UK secondary school
• Strong knowledge of the Geography curriculum
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of all abilities
• Excellent organisational and classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
