What the role involves:

• Delivering engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Encouraging creativity, collaboration, and self-expression in the classroom
• Preparing students for practical assessments and performances
• Supporting school productions, performances, and enrichment activities
• Creating a positive learning environment where all students can participate
• Assessing progress and providing constructive feedback to learners

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Drama within a UK secondary school
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to inspire confidence and creativity in young people
• Excellent classroom management skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
