About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Science Technician to join our team at a school in Pershore, starting as soon as possible. As a Science Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the science department by preparing equipment, setting up experiments, and ensuring laboratory safety.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up equipment and materials for science experiments.
• Ensure the laboratory is safe and well-maintained.
• Assist teachers and students during practical science lessons.
• Maintain an inventory of science equipment and materials.
• Provide technical support for science-related activities and events.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Science Technician is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to promoting health and safety in the laboratory environment.
