Key responsibilities:

• Delivering high-quality lessons in Science or Psychology across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities may be available)
• Planning engaging, well-structured lessons that support progress and deepen understanding
• Using practical activities, real-world examples, and interactive teaching methods to enhance learning
• Assessing pupil progress and providing clear, constructive feedback
• Contributing to departmental planning, enrichment, and wider school initiatives
• Upholding high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and academic expectations

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Science or Psychology in a UK secondary school
• Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering outstanding lessons
• Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate learners across a range of abilities
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
