A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Worcester is seeking an experienced Primary Tutor to deliver targeted support sessions after October half term. This role involves working with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment in core subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging one-to-one and small group tuition in English and Maths
• Tailor lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
• Work closely with class teachers and support staff

Requirements:

• QTS or relevant tutoring/teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum
• Passionate about helping pupils achieve their full potential
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
