Paragon Education is recruiting a dedicated Primary Teacher with SEN experience to join a supportive and inclusive school in the Malvern area. This role offers the opportunity to work with pupils who require additional support, helping them overcome barriers to learning while building confidence and independence.

The school prides itself on creating a nurturing learning environment where every child is supported to reach their full potential through tailored teaching and strong pastoral care.

Key responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum
• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD and learning difficulties
• Differentiating learning to meet individual pupil needs
• Working closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO
• Monitoring progress and supporting EHCP targets where required
• Creating a positive, structured and supportive classroom environment

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
