Paragon Education is currently recruiting a passionate Primary Teacher for a supportive primary school in Washwood Heath. This full-time, long-term supply position is available from September 2026.

The Role

• Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons across the primary curriculum.
• Differentiate teaching to support all learners, including pupils with SEND and EAL.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
• Promote positive behaviour and high expectations.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support pupil success.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Passionate about helping every child succeed.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
