Paragon Education is working with a warm, inclusive primary school in Warwickshire to appoint a passionate Primary Teacher. The school is well known for its supportive leadership, strong community values and a genuine commitment to developing confident, enthusiastic learners.

As the Primary Teacher, you will take responsibility for a friendly class who thrive on creativity and challenge. You’ll be supported by an experienced phase team who share planning, ideas, and high-quality curriculum resources to help you deliver engaging and purposeful lessons.

What the role involves:

• Teaching well-structured, engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes independence and excellent behaviour
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and colleagues within the year group
• Maintaining regular communication with parents and carers
• Joining in with planning meetings, training opportunities and wider school initiatives

What you’ll need:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in a UK primary school (EYFS, KS1 or KS2 considered)
• Strong behaviour management and a nurturing, confident approach
• A commitment to safeguarding and raising pupil achievement
